2025 Season East Gippsland Badminton Association

Fridays @ Bairnsdale Aquatic & Recreation Centre

  • STARTS Friday 7th February 2025
  • 5.30 - 7.30 pm
  • ALL players pay a $5 entry fee payable directly to BARC reception
  • Non-members/guests/visitors ALSO pay an additional $7 shuttlecock to the club, East Gippsland Badminton Club (EGBA) [cash or bank transfer to our Treasurer Debbie]
  • Every Friday in 2025 until Friday 12th December excluding Public Holiday closures
 
  • Wednesdays @ BARC only in Easter, Winter & September school holidays, 5.30-7.30 pm
    • Easter school holidays Weds 09/04/24 & 16/04/24
    • Winter school holidays Weds 09/07/24 & 16/07/24
    • September school holidays Weds 24/09/24 & 01/10/24.

Wednesdays @ Nagle College, Bairnsdale

  • START DATE TO BE CONFIRMED for 2025
  • 7 - 8.30 pm
  • $7 shuttlecock fee for non-members/visitors only payable to EGBA

Membership fees are payable by the end of March 2025

  • Adults $140
  • Secondary School students $90 
  • Visitor $40 ("Visitor" = short-term placement, not usually resident in Bairnsdale or the surrounding area i.e. temporary time-limited membership)
  • N.B. our minimum age of players is year 7 i.e. age 12/13 years.
  • Cash or cheque to Debbie our Treasurer or direct bank deposit. No EFTPOS.
    • If you choose to do a bank transfer, please email confirmation of your transaction to shuttlecock3875@gmail.com or provide Debbie with a hard copy so she can issue your receipt of payment.

  • For insurance purposes, membership fees are due 4 weeks from your first attendance date.

Children

  • Are players under the age of 18 years of age.
  • Parents/guardians, children, and all players should know our Child Safe policies here.
  • Please note: Children must be picked up and dropped off from within the hall. Two Committee members must be present for a child to be left unaccompanied. Committee members can be identified by their red T-shirts bearing the club logo.
