EGBA Statement on Discrimination, Bullying, and Harassment

East Gippsland Badminton Association (EGBA) prides itself on being an inclusive club welcoming players of all backgrounds regardless of their age, gender, playing skill, ethnicity, culture, sexuality, religion, and ability or disability. We will not tolerate discrimination, bullying, or harassment of our players by any player. Anyone involved or playing with EGBA is expected to uphold these values. Any concerns about such behaviour which cannot be resolved informally should be addressed in confidence to any committee member.
